4. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Participants must register on the Smoothcomp.com website before the deadline. An athlete is considered registered only after confirmation of payment.
A portrait photo must be uploaded to the athlete's profile for identification.
Registration of an athlete takes place by the year of his birth, and not by the actual age.

5. REGISTRATION
Terms of registration and cost:
- Early registration (February 7 - March 7) 13.000tg for one section 25.000tg for two sections.
Standard registration (from March 7th to April 10th): 18.000tg for one 35.000tg for two sections.
Late registration (from April 10th to April 15th): 25.000tg for one 48.000tg for two sections.
Extra registration (after registration closing, before weighing): 100 USD

Payment is made via the link below.
In the absence of KASPI (Citizens of other countries): Regarding payment can contact the organizers.
MUST! In the "Message to the seller" section, indicate the athlete's data: full name, weight, age, belt.
Payment is confirmed within 1-2 days. The contribution is returned ONLY if the athlete has no rivals in weight, and there is no way to combine with the categories above.
In case of refund for registration, 2000 will be withheld for each registration!

6.WEIGHTING
Athletes weigh in STRICTLY in shorts and T-shirt
Have a document with you (identity card, birth certificate, passport. Photos and digital documents are allowed)
Girls weigh themselves OUT OF LINE
Tolerance to weight: 1 kg - among age categories 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11 years. 500 g - among age categories 12-13, 14-15 years.
The weigh-in schedule will be posted on instagram:

7. PENALTIES AND RULES
The penalty for moving to the next or lower category (if not falling into the declared category) is 50% of the cost of standard registration. (5000 tog)
The minimum number of athletes to form a division is 3 people. Otherwise, the divisions are combined at the discretion of the organizers.
Participants who have not passed electronic registration on the site are not allowed to compete.
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify athletes for violation of the rules and inconsistency with the order.

8. GENERAL RULES
If the athlete does not appear within 2 minutes, he loses the meeting.
Responsibility for timely exit on a tatami lies on trainers and athletes. Volunteers help the organizers, but are not responsible for delays.
Citizens of one country are prohibited from registering under the flag of another country.
Athletes with experience in other types of martial arts, champions and prize-winners of major international competitions cannot participate among the white belts of beginners. If identified, the athlete will be disqualified at the discretion of the organizers.
