We are Back for BGS 5 Live from the Springhill Arena!

Hotjensa Dalipaj defends her title against Sarah Wilson as she attempts to become the promotions first double champ!

Plus a co main event in Ken Beaton Vs Phil Ferreria, with a card full of superfights and  160lbs and 220+lbs brackets which will decide the future title contenders!

Rules are 10 min matches, first 5 no points, second 5 black belt IBJJF rules. If tied after 10, it goes to a refs decision.
This event will be open for the public to attend in Springhill, NS at the arena! 20$ at the door, kids under 10 are free. It will also be live streamed on our Youtube page!

Doors open at 4:30PM, event starts at 5PM. Competitors should arrive at 4pm for rules meeting, etc.
