## Overview

**Event Type:** Competition

**Description:** On May 2nd, 2026, Combat Academy Tangier will host an official Gi-only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament, held under IBJJF rules.

The tournament will be refereed notably by international referees certified by IBJJF and CFJJB, ensuring a high standard of fairness and professionalism.

Matches will take place on high-quality 4 cm mats, providing optimal safety and performance.

The Gi should be a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi and the only accepted colours are:

- WHITE

- BLACK

- BLUE

The Gi and belt should also respect the IBJJF requirements ([https://ibjjf.com/uniform](https://ibjjf.com/uniform)).

**If the athlete wears an unproper outfit, he will be refused entry until he has a valid Gi to compete.**

Official weigh-in will be conducted with the Gi on. **Anyone overweight will be automatically disqualified.**
