July 2024 at the MT GYM23, 1230 Vienna, Austria It's going to be a NOGI Grappling Event starting 8:00 AM with Kids/Juvenile and around 11:00 AM with Adults. **EVENT DATE:** Saturday, 6th July 2024, Vienna, Austria Deadline of registration is 4th July, 12:00 ! **SCHEDULE:** Weight in: 08:00 Rules Meeting Kids: 09:00 Rules Meeting adults: 10:30 Start fights: 11:00 **NOTICE:** The organizer reserves the right to merge weight categories in case some of the categories are empty or don't have a minimal amount of athletes. Divisions can be changed by interest or if competitors already have experience and medals in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Judo, Sambo, MMA, Wrestling, Traditional jiu-jitsu, or any familiar martial arts. **REWARDS** The first three medalists in the kids and adult divisions will get a medal. If you have more than 5 years of experience in any of the above martial arts you need to register at least at Purple Belt. If we, the Organizers find out that you registered at White/Blue Belt with the mentioned Experience you will be immediately disqualified and NO refund will be given. Registration until 25. June 2024: 30€ for Kids & Juveniles 45€ for Adults Only Online Payment ! Late Registration starting 25th June 12:00: 35€ for Kids & Juveniles 50€ for Adults Only Online Payment ! **COACH REGISTRATION** Registration for coaches is mandatory in order to be able to pass within the barricades (gates) and be able to advise athletes from the coach's corner. We will have one chair on each side of every score table (red or blue) for ONE coach of the competitor on the mat. The only persons that will be allowed to pass within the barricades (gates) during the tournament are the competitors, coaches, staff with official competition accreditation. 1 free coach per every 9 students registered from that same academy! 0-9 competitors: 1 coach 9+ competitors: 2 coaches Maximum 2 coaches per academy/team! **SPECTATORS** Entrance 5€ **REFUND/VOUCHER POLICY** -If you are alone in your category and we can’t find a suitable opponent for you you will get your money back - no refunds for any other reasons Results with team standings, points, and medal counts will be available and live on the results tab of the event page.
