(4 MIN) AGES: 10-12 - No Guillotines , Omoplatas, Pulling on the Head in a Triangle, Cranking or anything below the waist

(5 MIN) AGES: 13-18 - NOTHING BELOW THE WAIST / CRANKING / REAPING

(5 MIN) BEGINNER: NOTHING BELOW THE WAIST

(6 MIN) INTERMEDIATE: ALL LEGAL (BELOW WAIST, ONLY STRAIGHT ANKLE AND KNEE BARS ARE LEGAL)
