Starting time for event 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

8:00 a.m. (Starts Weight Ins)

9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. (ADCC Rules & Tournament Meeting)

Friday, July 12, 2024.

-Registration before the event is mandatory.

-NO Registrations the day of the event.

-NO REFUND if the competitor didn't shows up the day of the event.

-Registration includes entrance into Copa Boricua Tournament.

Same day weight ins (Date: Saturday, July 13, 2024).

Athlete can have their official weight ins, when the Copa Boricua events open doors or 2 hour before match.

Maximum of 0.5kg (1.1lbs) weight allowance. Anyone weighting more than their category, will be moved up in weight.

ALL competitors must weigh in, even if your division does not have a weight limit.

After we will have a Rules Meeting before the events starts for athlete, coaches or parents.

- Juveniles

- Adults

- Master

Registration corrections can be done by logging into your smoothcomp account or you can email to bjjboricuapr@gmail.com with your full name and the correction.

Registration fees are refundable only before this date:

- Last chance for 90% refund: June 29, 2024 (12:00 a.m.)

- Last chance for 10% refund: July 5, 2024 (12:00 a.m.)

Refunds will only be offered if we are not able to find you a suitable match.

-There is one women's and one men's absolute division - open to all ranks, weights, and    above at 18.

-Absolute divisions will all be single elimination.

-Kids (up to age 12): 4 minutes

-Teens and juveniles (age 13-17): 5 minutes

-Adults: 6 minutes

-Masters: 5 minutes

-Top 3 teams by points.

-It's a different category is not ADCC Rules Set.

-Its fun.

-Soon more information will be provided.

**Close outs:**Teammates, friends, etc not having a real match if they meet in a bracket.**Sandbagging:**Signing up for a lower skill level or younger age group (masters signing up for adult is permitted). Please notify us if you see a competitor you suspect is sandbagging. Doing either of these may result in a permanent ban from future events.
