There are no points or advantages. **Kids 1(5-6) &Kids 2(7-8)** 3 min - No EBI OT 3 min submission only. If there’s no submission the winner will be declared by the referee No leg Submissions, No Slams, No Guard Jumping, No Twisters and No Scissor Leg Takedowns. **Juniors 1(9-10) & Juniors 2 (11-12)** 3 min - 1 EBI OT - 2 min max No leg Submissions, No Slams, No Guard Jumping, No Twisters and No Scissor Leg Takedowns. **Juvenile 1(13-14)** 5 min - 1 EBI OT - 2 min max No leg Submissions, No Slams, No Guard Jumping, No Twisters and No Scissor Leg Takedowns. **Juvenile 2(15-17)** 5 min - 2 EBI OT - 2 min max No heel hooks. No Scissor Leg Takedowns, No Slams, Toe Holds, Calf Slicers. Reaping, straight ankles and knee bars are legal. **Adult Beginners & Advanced(+18)** 6 min - 2 EBI OT - 2 min max - No heel hooks. No Scissor Leg Takedowns, No Slams, Toe Holds, Calf Slicers. Reaping, straight ankles and knee bars are legal. **Professionals (+18)** 8 min - 3 EBI OT - 2 min max - All submissions legal, No Slams Scissor Leg Takedown are ok! If there is no submission in regulation, the match will go into OT. The OT period consists of 1 round minimum and 1 rounds maximum for Juniors & Juvenile 1, 2 rounds maximum for Juvenile 2 and Adult Beginners and 3 Maximum for the Professional Adults. Each OT round is 2 minutes. Each athlete will be on both offense and defense during the round. The aggressor (as determined by the referee) will be given the choice of offense, defense, or to defer the choice at the top of the round. The athlete on offense has the choice to start on their opponents back in the rear seatbelt position, or on their opponents arm in the spiderweb position. The match is stopped when the defensive athlete escapes or is submitted. If they are submitted in the top of the round, they can still win if they submit their opponent in the bottom of the round in less time than they were submitted. If there is no submission the match moves into the next OT round. At the end of the third OT round there has been no submission the victor will be decided by which athlete has fastest escape total from all rounds. **Stalling - We will call stalling, 1st call is a warning, 2nd call is a second warning, 3rd is a straight up DQ** Mollywomp - If you basically get mounted 80% of the time of the fight or get your back taken and never amount to any offense or threat of escape we can call the match. Competitor is only allowed to wear Rashguards (any kinds, any colors), Shorts and Compression pants. The Competitor is also allowed to be shirtless. No Shoes, T-Shirts or Shorts with Pockets. **Close outs:**Teammates, friends, etc not having a real match if they meet in a bracket. **Sandbagging:**Signing up for a lower skill level or younger age group.
