- Participants must complete mandatory registration on the website Smoothcomp.com by the specified deadline

- An athlete is considered registered only after payment confirmation.

- A portrait photo of the athlete must be uploaded for identification.

- Registration is based on the athlete's birth year, not their actual age.

Registration deadlines and fees:

- Early bird registration ( 17 December - 01 January)

13.000 KZT for one division, 25.000 KZT for two division.

- Standard registration (January 1 to February 1):

18,000 KZT for one division, 35,000 KZT for two divisions.

- Late registration (February 1 to 11):

25,000 KZT for one division, 45,000 KZT for two divisions.

- Extra registration (after registration closes, until weigh-in): 100 USD.

Payment method:

- Payment is made via the link below.

- For those without KASPI (citizens of other countries): Please contact the organizers regarding payment.

- IMPORTANT: In the "Message to the seller" section, please provide the athlete's details: Full name, weight, age, and belt.

- Payment confirmation will be within 1-2 days.

- The fee will be refunded ONLY if there are no opponents in the weight category, and it is not possible to combine with higher categories.

- In case of a refund for registration, 2000 tenge will be withheld for each registration  !

- Weigh-ins will be STRICTLY conducted in shorts and a T-shirt.

- Participants must have an ID (ID card, birth certificate, passport; photos and digital documents are allowed).

- Girls will weigh-in WITHOUT WAITING IN LINE.

- The fine for transferring to the next or a lower category (if the athlete does not meet the declared category) is 50% of the standard registration fee (5,000 KZT).

- The minimum number of athletes to form a division is 3 people. If this is not met, the divisions will be combined at the discretion of the organizers.

- Athletes who have not completed electronic registration on the website will not be allowed to participate in the competition.

- Organizers reserve the right to disqualify athletes for rule violations and non-compliance with the order.
