# GRIND 8 NO-GI & GI ROUND ROBIN

**Description:** No Gi & Gi Tournament in Prague, Czech Republic, with 4 guaranteed matches.

**BASIC INFORMATION**

The tournament will take place on January 11, 2025, in Prague.

Rules will be based on ADCC rules for No Gi and IBJJF rules for Gi.

A minimum of 5 participants per category is required to guarantee 4 matches. The guarantee does not apply in cases of injury, withdrawal from the group, or failure to meet the weight requirement.

	•	Venue opens at 7:30 AM

	•	Registration and weigh-in: 7:30–8:30 AM (can be done anytime during the day but no later than 1 hour before the planned start of the category!)

	•	First matches start at 9:00 AM

	•	Expected finish: 6:00 PM

Weigh-in for Gi categories will be done without the Gi!

Weigh-in will take place on the day of the tournament. If a competitor fails to make weight on the first attempt, they will be DISQUALIFIED with NO REFUND of the entry fee. A 0.5 kg weight tolerance is allowed.

	•	Men 15 years and older (Elite 18+)

	•	Women 15 years and older (Elite 18+)

	•	Men Masters 36 years and older

	•	Women Masters 36 years and older

	•	Beginner (less than 2 years of experience in BJJ, Judo, Sambo, Wrestling, MMA)

	•	Intermediate (2-4 years of experience), or blue belt in BJJ

	•	Professional (5+ years of experience), or purple belt in BJJ

	•	White Belts

	•	Blue Belts

	•	Purple Belts

• Brown and Black Belts (combined)

No Gi matches follow ADCC rules. Athletes may wear wrestling shoes. Rashguard is not required.

Gi matches follow IBJJF rules. Athletes may not wear a rashguard, and the Gi must meet IBJJF standards!
