# HCS Iron Man Challenge 1 (SUB ONLY)

## Overview

**Event Type:** Competition

**Description:** White and Blue belt SUB ONLY Iron Man tournament , each athlete will be guaranteed 2 matches. Novice Divisions is for fighters with 6 or less months of training and/or no competition experience. Advanced Divisions are open to all white / blue belts , winners of these divisions will earn the opportunity to compete on an upcoming HCS Superfight Card.

**Rules will be explained to all fighters when they weigh in FRIDAY NIGHT**

We will be using modified HCS regulation rules

Regulation- 4 min

1st Overtime - 2 x 1 min EBI OT

2nd OT - 2 min ADCC ( first to dominate Position Wins  Mount, Side Control, or Back Mount)

3rd OT - 2 x 1 min EBI ( Fastest Escape or Submission Wins)
