# Interclass April 2024 Tournament

Doors Open @ 9:15am | Event Starts @ 10:00am

Competitor Registration: 1 or 2 divisions $79 total

BYU Interclass Tournament $49 or $79 for both

($10 late fee added per division, after 1pm on Friday, April 5)

Spectator Tickets (at event): $15

When you register to compete you will need to select an "Academy/Club". If you are in one of the BYU classes you should select that section, otherwise all other competitors will need to select Grapplers Elite. Select Grapplers Elite even if you also train with another academy/club as this is a closed tournament and other teams are not allowed to compete. You will need to type in one of the following...

BYU MW 9am Class = BYU Section 1

BYU MW 10am Class = BYU Section 2

BYU TTh 8am Class = BYU Section 3

BYU TTh 9am Class = BYU Section 4

BYU Friday Class = BYU Section 5

All Other Grapplers Elite Club members = Grapplers Elite

Individuals placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each weight class will receive medals. To determine the Top Class, Team Points are also awarded as follows...

Team standings are updated live, at the completion of each bracket, and are readily available on the results tab of the event page.

9:45am Introduction/National Anthem

10:00am Gi Competition Begins (Quarterfinals)

11:00am Gi Semifinals

12:00pm Gi Bronze Matches

12:30pm Gi Finals, No-Gi Competition Begins

1:00pm No-Gi Semifinals

1:30pm No-Gi Bronze Matches

2:00pm No-Gi Finals

2:30pm Competition Ends

Weigh-in in class. DON'T MISS IT! If you don't weigh-in you won't be able to compete. If you will be missing class the day of weigh-in you must weigh-in during another section of class, listed below. If you have issues making one of these times you must arrange something with your coach.

Thursday, April 4, 7pm-8pm: Coach's Home Facility, 1231 Farm Lane Circle, Orem

Friday, April 5, 9am-11am: BYU Class, 149 SFH (gymnastics room)

-After weigh-in all competitors will be divided into 8-man brackets by weight and gender.
