From the semifinals on, the stopwatch starts for the remaining athletes, because only the fastest tournament winner wins the prize money of his division, regardless of weight class or form (Gi/NoGi). The INVICTUS tournament concept is based on the duration to submission of each semi and final fight being attributed to the winner and added together. All fighters must also present a valid photo ID at the scales for identification. **Timelimit:** Round of 16 and Semifinals: 5 min / overtime R1 & R2 à 5 min Finals: 10 min / overtime R1 & R2 à 5 min **Overtime:**If no submission could be made within the time limit, the first attacker will be determined by a coin toss. He starts in the backmount (seatbelt). From then on he has 5 minutes to perform a submission. The time is not only running for the attacker but also for the defender - he has to get out of the position as fast as possible. The time is stopped as soon as a submission or an escape succeeds. Now the roles are exchanged - the previous defender may now act as the attacker and also gets 5 minutes to perform a submission.
