2026.GADA NOLIKUMS JELGAVAS ATKLĀTAIS ČEMPIONĀTS BRAZĪLIJAS DŽIU-DŽITSĀ "JELGAVA OPEN" 2026
MĒRĶIS: Veicināt audzēkņu izpratni par sportu, par tā ietekmi uz organisma attīstību; informēt jauniešus par veselīgām (ar sportu un fiziskajām aktivitātēm saistītām) brīvā laika pavadīšanas iespējām; informēt sabiedrību par Brazīlijas džiu-džitsu kā sporta veidu; noskaidrot spēcīgākos cīkstoņus.
VADĪBA: Sacensības organizē biedrība “BJJ Jelgava” sadarbībā ar Jelgavas Sporta servisa centru, Latvijas sporta cīņas Federāciju un Latvijas Džiu-Džitsa Federāciju.
Sacensību galvenais tiesnesis — Aleksandrs Šmeļovs, sacensību sekretārs — Pavels Kudrovs.
VIETA UN LAIKS: Sacensības notiks 2026. gada. 11. aprīlī Jelgavā, Mātera ielā 44a (Jelgavas Sporta hallē), LV-3001.
Dalībnieku svēršanās notiks 11. aprīlī sacensību norises vietā, visu dienu, bet NE VĒLĀK kā vienu stundu pirms jūsu svara kategorijas sākuma! Sveršanās notiek ar GI.
Sacensību sākums plkst. 10.00.
Komandu pārstāvju un tiesnešu sanāksme notiks 11. aprīlī plkst. 9.00-10.00 sacensību vietā.
Dalībnieku izloze pēc programmas “Smoothcomp” aprēķina.
DALĪBNIEKI: Sacensībās var piedalīties LR pilsoņi(-nes) un pastāvīgie iedzīvotāji(-jas), kā arī citu valstu pilsoņi(-nes). Svara kategorijas un vecuma kategorijas gan bērniem, gan pieaugušajiem — pēc IBJJF noteikumiem (sveršanās notiek ar GI). Svēršanās laikā sportistam jāuzrāda derīgs personu apliecinošs dokuments - pase vai ID karte.
DALĪBAS MAKSA: Līdz 17. martam: bērniem un jauniešiem - 25 EUR, pieaugušajiem - 30 EUR. No 12. marta līdz 6. aprīlim: bērniem un jauniešiem - 30 EUR, pieaugušajiem - 35 EUR.

REGULATIONS FOR THE BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU GI CHAMPIONSHIP “JELGAVA OPEN 2025”
GOAL: To encourage students' to learn more about sports and their impact on the development of the human body. To inform the school youth about healthy (sports and physical activity related) leisure opportunities. To inform the public about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a sport. To find out the strongest wrestlers.
MANAGEMENT: The competition is organized by the association "BJJ Jelgava" in cooperation with the Jelgava Sports Service Center, Latvian Wrestling sport Federation and the Latvian Dziu-dzitsu Federation.
The main referee of the competition is Aleksandrs Šmeļovs, and the competition secretary is Pavels Kudrovs.
PLACE AND TIME: The competition will be held on April 11, 2025, in Jelgava, Matera Street 44a (Jelgava Sports Hall), LV-3001.
The participants' weigh-in will take place on April 11, 2025 at the competition venue throughout the day, but NO LATER than one hour before the start of your weight category!
Competition starts at 10.00 a.m.
The meeting of team representatives and judges will be held on April 11 at 9.00-10.00 a.m. at the competition venue.
The draw of participants is calculated by the weighing program "Smoothcomp".
PARTICIPANTS: Citizens and permanent residents of the Republic of Latvia, as well as citizens of other countries, may participate in the competition. Weight and age categories, both for children and adults: according to IBJJF rules (weigh-in is by GI). During the weigh-in, the athlete must present a valid identity document - passport or ID card.
PARTICIPATION FEE: until March 17 - 25 EUR for children and young people and 30 EUR for adults. From March 12 to April 6 - 30 EUR for children and young people and 35 EUR for adults.

RULES: The competition is held in accordance with the IBJJF International Fighting Rules.
AWARDS: In the individual ranking, the winners of the first three places will be awarded with medals.
SAFETY: The organizer of the competition ensures the provision of first aid during the competition and shall not bear responsibility for other medical expenses. The organizer of the competition ensures compliance with the sanitary protocol at the competition venue.
ATTENTION: In case of low number of participants, categories may be combined.
