REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS** Participants must complete the mandatory registration on Smoothcomp.com by the specified deadline. The athlete is considered registered only after confirmation of payment.A portrait photo must be uploaded in the athlete's profile for identification.The athlete's registration is based on the year of birth, not the actual age. **___________________________________________________________________________________________** **6. REGISTRATION.** Mandatory registration on the website: Smoothcomp . com before the named deadline. The athlete is considered registered only after payment of the registration fee. Registration is considered completed only on the day of payment. - Early registration - from May 30th to June 15th - 10,000tg (for one section) Two sections - 18,000tg (-10% discount) - Standard registration - from June 15 to July 15 - 15.000tg (for one section) Two sections - 27.000tg (-10% discount) - Late registration - from July 15 to July 24 - 18.000tg Two sections - 34.000tg (-10% discount). The amount of the fee will be 40.000t. - After the closing of registration the registration fee will not be refunded. WEIGHING** Weighing of athletes is held STRICTLY in shorts and T-shirt .Have a document (ID card, birth certificate, passport. FINES AND RULES** The penalty for transfer to the next or lower category (in case of not falling into the declared category) is (7500 tg) The minimum number of athletes to form a division is 3 people. Otherwise, divisions are combined at the discretion of the organizers. Participants who have not passed the electronic registration on the site are not allowed to compete. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify athletes for violation of the rules and non-compliance with the order. **___________________________________________________________________________________________** 9. GENERAL RULES If an athlete fails to show up within 2 minutes, he/she loses the meet. Responsibility for getting to the tatami on time lies with the coaches and athletes. Volunteers help the organizers, but are not responsible for tardiness. Citizens of one country are not allowed to register under the flag of another country. Athletes with experience in other martial arts, champions and medalists of major international competitions can not participate among white belts of beginners.
