REGISTRATION.** Mandatory registration on the website: Smoothcomp . com before the named deadline. The athlete is considered registered only after payment of the registration fee. Registration is considered completed only on the day of payment. Registration deadlines and fees: - Early registration (October 21 to November 4): 12,000 KZT for one division, 20,000 for two divisions. - Standard registration (November 4 to December 7): 16,000 KZT for one division, 30,000 KZT for two divisions. - Late registration (December 7 to December 11) 20,000 KZT for one division, 36,000 KZT for two divisions. - Extra registration (after registration closes, until weigh-in): 25.000 KZT. After registration closes and on the day of weigh-in, the fee is non-refundable! **___________________________________________________________________________________________** - Weigh-ins will be STRICTLY conducted in shorts and a T-shirt. - Participants must have an ID (ID card, birth certificate, passport; photos and digital documents are allowed). - Girls will weigh-in WITHOUT WAITING IN LINE. - Weight allowance: The weigh-in schedule will be published on Instagram: @jj_kaz **___________________________________________________________________________________________** - The fine for transferring to the next or a lower category (if the athlete does not meet the declared category) is 50% of the standard registration fee (8,000 KZT). - The minimum number of athletes to form a division is 3 people. If this is not met, the divisions will be combined at the discretion of the organizers. - Athletes who have not completed electronic registration on the website will not be allowed to participate in the competition. - Organizers reserve the right to disqualify athletes for rule violations and non-compliance with the order. **___________________________________________________________________________________________** If an athlete fails to show up within 2 minutes, he/she loses the meet. Responsibility for getting to the tatami on time lies with the coaches and athletes. Volunteers help the organizers, but are not responsible for tardiness. Citizens of one country are not allowed to register under the flag of another country. Athletes with experience in other martial arts, champions and medalists of major international competitions can not participate among white belts of beginners.
