# London Grapple x LSBU Open

**Description:** London Grapple x London SouthBank University Open: Saturday March 22nd @2pm

All proceeds from this competition will support the London South Bank University Photography BA graduate exhibition at Copeland Gallery in Peckham. The show presents work from ten emerging artists across photographic prints, installations, and mixed media, showcasing a range of contemporary practices.

We will be running the event with under 7 months and 7 months- 2 years experience groups.

Location: London Grapple, 17 Ffinch Street, London, SE8 5QA, Arch 17 (under the railway station)

Doors Open @ 1:15pm | Event Starts @ 2pm

We will also be offering professional portrait sessions in the mat space next door, with studio lighting and editing included, at a rate of £10 per portrait. Throughout the day, we will be documenting the entire event on camera, with all proceeds directly supporting the exhibition.

**NOTE:**Registration must be finalised and paid for prior to the event’s posted registration deadline. If payment is not finalised prior to the registration deadline, the registration is considered incomplete.

**FORMAT:**We will follow a double elimination format. All competitors are guaranteed two matches- division numbers depending. So even if you lose first match, you will have the chance to go again.

**COMPETITOR LIST:**The competitor list will be live updated and viewable in the 'Athletes' tab.

**WEIGH-INS:**Competitors can weigh in as soon as the event doors open on the day you are competing up until 30 minutes prior to their division start time. Competitors are NOT required to weigh in wearing uniform. Competitors who fail to make weight for their division will be disqualified.

**BRACKETS AND SCHEDULE:**The event’s brackets and schedule will be posted 48 hours prior to the event. They can be found on the event page ‘Schedule’ tab. Event schedules are dynamic and division start times may fluctuate. It is important to monitor the schedule on event day. Brackets may run as much as 1 hour ahead of schedule.

**CHANGING DIVISIONS AND CANCELLING REGISTRATION:**Competitors can edit or cancel their registration anytime up until the event’s change deadline.

**CAPACITY:**The event has a set capacity limit and registration will close early if capacity is reached. We highly recommend that competitors register as early as possible and do not make any travel arrangements until their registration is finalised.
