(Please note you can only move up from your current weight category)

(Double registration for Beginner and Advanced will not be accepted, you can only register for a higher weight class in the same experience category)

There will be Medals for the top 3 of each weight class.

 Medals will be handed out after the completion of the division through out the day.

Spectator Tickets are available at the door for R90 per person
