Paid registrations are what make the event run smoothly and ensure every division is filled.
The sooner you register and complete payment, the sooner others can see your name and join your bracket.

Enter both Gi and No Gi and your second division is FREE.
(Example: If you register for both, your No Gi division is free.)

Registrations will be public so competitors can select or move themselves into the most suitable division.
This system helps ensure fair and balanced matchups while keeping the process transparent for everyone.

Competitors are responsible for reviewing their own divisions and making any necessary adjustments before registration closes.
If you believe a division needs review, you may contact us, but final responsibility remains with each competitor or their coach.

How to move to another bracket in Smoothcomp:

Brackets will be published on Wednesday before the event for viewing only.
No edits, withdrawals, or late entries will be accepted after the Sunday deadline.

Registrations will close on Sunday, seven days before the event, at 11:59 PM.
Competitors must complete registration, payment and any division adjustments before this time.

After the deadline, no further changes or cancellations are allowed.
Brackets will be finalised and locked at this point.
Competitors are responsible for ensuring they are in the correct age, belt and weight division before registration closes.
