We'll have 2 divisions - White belt, and colored belts

it's No-Gi 5 minute matches,

illegal teqniques:

For everyone: Spiking your opponent on the head, slams, scissor takedowns, cranks without a choke, punching, biting or scratching

for white belts there's no leglocks, wristlocks, spinelocks or kranks, to make this a safe and fun experience for everyone.

For Colured belts, leglocks and wristlocks are back on the menu boys!
