# Minions at The Mall 1 - Kids and Juvenile Gi Tournament > Competition in Jakarta, Indonesia | August 03, 2024 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** Minions at the Mall 1 - Juvenile and Kids Gi Tournament At BJJ League we are working to produce exciting and regular events, therefore we introduce our new concept event, "Minions at the Mall" to you. A one day Gi only event for Juvenile and Kids. "Minions At The Mall 2024" – 3rd August 2024: Juvenile and Kids Gi Tournament For 2024, we are planning to do a wide variety of events throughout the year, from "Maul at the Mall" our one day event, "Minions at the Mall" our kids only tournament, "Jakarta Open", our 2 day event, "Mat Masters", our exclusive Invitational event (from 2025) plus seminars and IBJJF Referee training and update courses to help grow and distinguish the Indonesian and SE Asian community in the World of BJJ. "Minions At The Mall" will be a one day event which will host only Juvenile and Kids competitors. We believe that Kids BJJ needs to be more recognised in Indonesia, and therefore with these events want to highlight this to the local community. All rulings for both tournaments will be following IBJJF rules, which we strongly advise that you familiarize yourselves with all of the rules and updates that are applicable to your grade and category. Jenderal Sudirman, Gelora, Kecamatan Tanah Abang, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 10270 Prices **Juvenile and Kids** Early Bird - IDR 500,000 (ends ) Normal registration - IDR 550,000 (ends 24/07) Late registration- IDR 600,000 (ends 29/07) * Doors Open - 10:00am (approx) * Weigh-Ins - 10:00am/10:15 (approx) * Spectators - 10:30am (approx) * Bouts Start - 10:30am (approx) Our plan for the competition is to host the following: GI – Juvenile Male and Female White and Blue belts Gi – Kids Boys and Girls White, Grey, Yellow, Green, and Orange belts TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY By applying to fight and compete at a BJJ League event, you are automatically accepting the terms and conditions of the entry below:- * No Entries will be taken on the day. * All registration changes must be submitted on Smoothcomp by Monday 29/07/24. No changes will be accepted after this date. Entry:- * It is the responsibility of the athlete to register in the correct age, belt and weight division, and please check this upon receipt of your invoice. * Any athlete that does not make weight on the day will not be allowed to change divisions - if you have time to make weight then you can do so, if not you will be disqualified. * It is the responsibility of the athlete to be on time, divisions will run on time when possible, but could be earlier than advertised, so if you miss your call from the announcing team and runners, you will miss your match, therefore will be disqualified. * Any athlete who has proven to be a black belt in judo, has fought MMA professionally, has an amateur MMA record or has proven experience in wrestling, Olympic wrestling or Greco-Roman wrestling, can not participate in any league as a white belt. Proven experience in the U.S. consists of having competed at the collegiate level or higher and in other countries, having competed in nationwide events. REFUND/CREDIT POLICY NO TRANSFER OF ENTRANCE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE *We have added the possibility to withdraw from the event and gain a full refund in the form of credit vouchers if you withdraw more than 7 days before the event on Smoothcomp.*Anything less than 7 days before the event, you are not entitled to an event credit or refund. On this historical event, for the first time in Indonesia, we would like to invite those who are not competing to participate and support your teammates who are competing.
