Organizer reserves the right to make changes. Announcement of winners and prize distribution will take place during the tournament. **DAY SCHEDULE**Weight-in start 7:00 AM Rules explanation 9:00 AM Tournament startapprox. 9:00 AMPlanned tournament end 15:00 PM **WEIGH-IN** • from 7:30 AM throughout the day, or no later than 1 hour before the expected start of the category • weight tolerance is 0.5 kg • weigh-in is without the kimono • in case of not weighing in, the competitor is moved to a higher weight category (if there is at least 1 hour left until the start of the higher weight category). If there's no available higher category (or the competitor declines), there is no refund of the registration fee. **ROUND ROBIN TOURNAMENT SYSTEM** With a minimum of 5 competitors in a category, there is a guarantee of 4 matches. The guarantee does not apply in cases of injury or withdrawal from the group, including non-weighing in. **Rules** Rules according to the official IBJJF rules for athlete’s 5 to 18 years old.
