# National Childrens Jiu-Jitsu League- Color Belt Only Event

## Overview

**Description:** Sub-Only Events plan to run this tournament as soon as we are permitted to so get your registration in to secure your place ! If you can not make the event date when permitted you will be given a full refund or credit to our next event.

Our first event post covid 19 will be limited to 50 participants to insure a safe and manageable competition environment. This tournament will be for COLOR children only with a maximum of 50 competitors, With the main focus of the competitions on the children we will continue to focus on ensuring that the children enjoy every aspect of the competitions and receive a positive learning experience from start to finish.

This tournament will be ran under the IBJJF times and ruleset.

This is a Kimono tournament - White blue or black kimonos are permitted.

Refreshments and Jiu Jitsu equipment will be available to buy on the day.

To prevent overcrowding and to ensure a positive atmosphere, only one parent per competitor, and one coach per club will be allowed to enter the building.

With the main focus of the competitions on the children we will continue to focus on ensuring that the children enjoy every aspect of the competitions and that the children receive a positive learning experience from start to finish.

Weigh-ins will take place on arrival. Be aware that there are**NO weight allowances**and if your child does not make weight they will be disqualified.

Open for children Between the ages of 4-15

And for Juveniles 16-17

If matching needs to be done Matching will be done no more than 2kg or 1 year unless agreed between coaches.

Registration is set at €37.50.

Unit 17 Old Quarry Campus Dublin 15.

Four competition areas / Zebra mat surface the same surface used at international events /  Score boards / Experienced referees / Medals for 1st 2nd 3rd place.
