We invite you and your team to showcase your skills in this second edition of the North Shore Jiujitsu Open! Looking forward to see you and your team on the mats! ---------------------------------------------- RULES OF THE EVENT Guard Pass (3 points) Sweep (2 points) Takedown (2 points) Mount (4 points) Back Mount (4 points) Knee on Belly (2 points)  ---------------------------------------------- ILLEGAL TECHNIQUES -Slamming -Neck Cranks -Scissor Takedown -Twister -Muffler  - Heel Hooks ---------------------------------------------- LEGAL TECHNIQUES Kids (4-5) No Submissions Kids & Teens (6-15) Triangle, America, Collar Chokes, Armbars, Kimura and Rear naked chokes are the legal submissions. Matches will last 3 min. Teens (16-17) Bow & Arrow choke, Straight foot lock, Eziquiel choke, Guillotine choke, Omoplata and Arm Triangle choke will be added to the list of legal submissions. Matches will last 5 min.  Adults (18+ White Belts)  Same rules as Teens 16-17 Adults (18+ Blue & Purple belts) Wrist Lock and Jumping Guard will be added to the list of legal submissions. Matches will last 5 min.  Adults (18+ Brown & Black Belts) Kneebar, Toe hold, Banana split, Calf slicer and Bicep slicer will be added to the list of legal submissions. Matches will last 5 min.
