**Description:** Round 1 of the 2022 Northwest Championships is here! 

We will be hosting this event at Tom Price Recreation Centre (at the Tom Price Senior High School) June 4th 2022. Kicking the event off at 10am for the kids divisions

Format will be round robin style, giving competitors the opportunity to get more bouts in!

Kids divisions will be points based IBJJF rules (round robin) both gi and no-gi

Adults divisions will be submission only using SGT rules format (both gi and no-gi)

Competitors will weigh-in in their no-gi attire. All weight classes are the same for either gi or no-gi to avoid confusion

Where it is necessary, brackets will be merged to ensure every competitor gets an opponent
