$55 – One division
$90 – Gi + No-Gi
Absolute Divisions:
$30 – One absolute
$40 – Both absolutes

Beginner: Under 1.5 years of BJJ or grappling
Intermediate: 1.5–5 years
Advanced: 5+ years

🏆 Division Formats
Regular Divisions (Guaranteed 2 Matches):
2 competitors: Best 2 out of 3
3 competitors: Round Robin
4+ competitors: Double-elimination consolation bracket
After one loss, the highest placement possible is 3rd
Absolute Divisions:
Single elimination
⚠️ Divisions may be combined, amended, or created based on registration numbers.

Kids: 3 minutes
Youth: 4 minutes

⚖️ Weigh-Ins & Check-Ins
All weigh-ins take place the day of the event.
Kids: No weigh-in (Coach’s Honor)
Must still check in and sign waiver
Youth Weigh-Ins: 8:30–9:15 AM
Adult Weigh-Ins: Begin at 9:15 AM
✔️ 2 lb allowance
❌ Failure to weigh in before your first match results in disqualification without refund
❌ Missing registered weight = disqualification without refund
📝 Under 18: A parent or guardian must sign the waiver.
📩 Weight Change Deadline:
If by Thursday, April 9, 2026, you think you won’t make weight, message us on Facebook and we can move you up a division.
It’s better to compete up than not compete at all.

Schedules can also be viewed on Smoothcomp during the event
A courtesy call will be made before your match
