📌 Athletes competing in GI must weigh in wearing their GI, and those competing in NO GI must weigh in again without the GI.

📌 Uniform: Will be inspected during weigh-in. Make sure it complies with the tournament rules.

📌 Weigh-in on event day (mandatory):

We will have separate weigh-in times for all divisions. We will start with the Kids and Juvenile divisions, both GI and No GI. Next, we will announce the weigh-in times for the Adult and Master GI divisions, followed by the GI Absolute. Then, the weigh-in times for the No GI divisions will be announced, and finally, the No GI Absolute.

The official weigh-in opening times will be released along with the brackets and will also be announced on the day of the event and sent to athletes via email.

📌 Participant Limit: To maintain a high standard of quality, there is a maximum number of registrations.

📌 Registration Closing: PBJJF reserves the right to close registrations once the capacity is reached or by the stipulated deadline, whichever comes first.

📌 False Information: Providing false information during registration, such as incorrect date of birth, may result in immediate disqualification and even a permanent ban from future events.

📌 PBJJF may change the event date from Saturday to Sunday, Sunday to Saturday, or, if necessary, hold it on both days.

📌 If, for any reason beyond the organization’s control, the event needs to be canceled or rescheduled, participants will receive a CUPON equal to the registration fee, which can be used for any other competition organized by PBJJF.

📌 The event includes a limited sports accident insurance policy, which will reimburse medical expenses arising from any accidents occurring exclusively during the competition on the event day. This insurance has a deductible, which will be applied according to the established terms. We strongly recommend that all athletes have personal sports insurance in effect for additional coverage, in case the event insurance does not cover all medical expenses or unforeseen situations.
