**Description:** Join us for our second Team Grappling event, "CINCO 2," on August 24th, 2024 at Legacy Martial Arts & Fitness in Emerald Park, SK, Canada.

EVENT DETAILS

Time: Weigh in starts at 10:30 am, the event begins 11:00 am.

Location: Legacy Martial Arts & Fitness, Emerald Park, SK

TEAM COMPETITION

Teams will compete in Legacy's MMA cage, with matches following the Quintet format. Each team must provide a starting lineup and one backup athlete.

SUPERFIGHT MATCHES

Super-fight Matches will take place between rounds to give team athletes a break, and will also take place in Legacy's MMA cage.
