MALE TEAM COMPETITION

FEMALE TEAM COMPETITION

Teams will compete with matches following the "Quintet" format. Each team must provide a starting lineup and one backup athlete.

SUPERFIGHT MATCHES

Super-fight Matches will take place between rounds to give team athletes a break.
