**YOU MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE PROVINCE OF MANITOBA ($30 yearly fee)**

THIS IS A PRE REGISTRATION TOURNAMENT ONLY

 Double elimination**SUB ONLY**tournament for both Gi and No Gi. Open to ALL BELT LEVELS, kids, teens and adults. Modified rules for Teens/adults with less than 6 months training and white belt kids.

Adults can weigh-in with GI or NOGI attire.

Know your weight, if you are over your weight limit you will be disqualified. If you feel you are too close just chose the next weight group above.

Competitors must weigh in when they arrive at the venue, before their first match.**There is only one opportunity to check the weight.**If the competitor does not make weight, they will be immediately disqualified. (no weight allowance)

Please make sure that you are in the correct weight division. You cannot change divisions if you do not make your designated division. No changes will be accepted on the tournament day, no refund.

Competitors 13 and younger will have a 1lb weight allowance.

**Kids and Teens will weigh in WITH the GI (if they are doing GI division)**

**Doors open**at 8:30 a.m.

**Rules meetin**g at 8:45 a.m.

**Tournament starts at 9 a.m.Sharp!**

Ages 4 - 12  kids- 3 min

Ages 13 - 17 Teens - 4 min

Ages 18+ - 5 min

Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Spectator entrance fee of $10 at the door (kids 6 and under are Free)

Please bring flipflops for walking around in off the mats and then take them off before coming onto the mats. Hygiene is of utmost importance.

There will be a concession stand in the building selling hotdogs, burgers, chips, drinks and candy.

P.S.  Remember to have fun. Competition is great but winning or losing doesn't define who you are.  Just showing up to compete proves already that your a warrior!

Don't put to much pressure on yourself to win. Try your best and learn from your wins/losses and then come back better for your next tournament!
