**COST:**

• Registration Fee: $25.00

• Registration closes 11.20.24 at 11:59 PM (UPDATED)

• Brackets will be released on Thursday 11.21.24.

All competitors are guaranteed two matches. No registrations will be accepted at the door on the day of the event.

**SCORING FORMAT**: International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) for Gi and Nogi matches.

**TIMING FORMAT:**We will implement five (5) minute match times following the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) timing format for all Gi matches regardless of the number of competitors and for Nogi matches if the bracket has more than two competitors.

We will implement a ten (10) minute match time following the Abu Dhabi Combat Club (ADCC) timing format for Nogi matches with only two competitors (i.e., 10 minutes with points only regarded in the last 5 minutes).

**DOUBLE ELIMINATION FORMAT:**

The basic concept of double elimination is similar to single elimination, in which there are rounds, and the winners advance further in the brackets. If a competitor loses a match, the competitor will move into the repechage bracket for an opportunity to compete for third place. By following this format, the competitor who wins all fights receives the gold medal, the competitor who loses in the final receives the silver, and the winner of the repechage bracket receives the bronze medal. A competitor with two consecutive losses is eliminated.

**THIS TOURNAMENT IS PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY.**There will be no onsite registration.

**REFUNDS:**No refunds will be granted at any time for any reason.

**WEIGHT CLASSES:**

• Lightweight: -160 LBS

• Middleweight: 161 LBS to 180 LBS

• Heavyweight: 181 LBS to 200 LBS

• Super Heavyweight: +201 LBS

**COMPETITOR LIMIT:**

Registration will close when the limit for each division has been met.

• Eight (8) competitors for White Belt Lightweight, Middleweight, and Heavyweight

• Four (4) competitors for White Belt Super Heavyweight

• Four (4) competitors for Blue Belt Middleweight

• Two (2) competitors for Nogi -180 LBS White Belt super fight

• Two (2) competitors for Nogi +180 LBS White Belt super fight

• Two (2) competitors for Nogi -180 LBS Blue Belt super fight

• Two (2) competitors for Nogi +180 LBS Blue Belt super fight

**AWARDS:**

Awards will be granted to competitors that place first, second, and third. All participants will receive a participation medal.

**SPECTATORS:**

No fee for spectators; however, there will be limited seating for spectators due to space limitations.

No outside food or drinks will be allowed. Only closed beverages (i.e., water, energy drinks, etc.) will be allowed for competitors.
