- IBJJF White Belt rule set for white belts 

- Knee-bars and toe holds allowed at blue belt and above

- If no submissions are scored, matches will be decided on sub-attempts/fight ending situations

- £10 entry fee 

- Round-robin format within groups then progression to Bronze & Final match. 

- Weight classes -65, 65+, 75+, 85+. 95+

- Spectators £5 entry fee
