Registrations are open **until 10.9.2026 - 23:59** Weigh-in 7:30 - 9:00 | Referee Briefing 9:00 | Event Starts 10:00 Weighing will also be possible on Friday (11.9.2026) in "Srednjoškolski centar Travnik - Sportska dvorana", 18:00 - 20:00. **RULES and GUIDELINES:**[KLIK](https://i.ibb.co/QjRRTP6/SGC-PRAVILA.jpg) **DIVISIONS**: Male/Female, Adult/Kids, Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced, Weight Class Kids: Under 16 years Adult: 16+ years Master: 35+ years ADULT & Master 0-2 years - **Beginner**, 2-4 years - **Intermediate**, 4+ years - **Advanced** Male weight categories: -57, -61, -66, -70, -77, -85, -94, -104, 104+ Female weight categories: -48, -54, -61, -68, -75, 75+ Master weight categories: -57, -61, -66, -70, -77, -85, -94, -104, 104+ KIDS Kids sections: **U16** (15/14 years old), **U14** (13/12 years old), **U12** (11/10 years old), **U10** (9/8 years old), **U8** (7/6/5/4 years old) Male Kids weight categories: -21, -24, -27, -30, -34, -38, -42, -46, -50, -55, -60, -66, 66+ Female Kids weight categories: -20, -22, -25, -28, -32, -36, -40, -44, -48, -52, -57, 57+ **FORMAT and PROTOCOL:** Adults & Master - Round Robin into Single Elimination (groups fill up to 4 competitors) Kids - Single elimination (bronze match) In the case of tiebreakers, the following algorithm will be used in order: **Most Wins > Most Submissions > Head To Head Match > Sum of all match points > Sum of match penalties (lower is better)> Shortest total time in won matches** The time limit for every Adult fight in the tournament, including the round robin & the finals, will be 5 minutes. Kids fight time may vary depending on years (3-4-5 mins). **PRICES**: Adult & Master Male and Female No-Gi - €35 Kids Male and Female No-Gi - €25 **Competitors with Black belt degree - FREE** Absolute Division (Adult only) – Free Spectators - free **NOTE FOR ABSOLUTE CATEGORY REGISTRATIONS**: After you register to your Adult Male/Female division, you will be able to register also for absolute categories. You can't register for absolute category only! There will be no Absolute category for Kids or Masters! **PAYMENTS**: There will be NO online payments. You can pay in CASH, during the weigh-in on the day of the tournament or the day before. **MEDALS and AWARDS for FIGHTERS**: - Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded to all podium finishers - CASH PRIZES FOR ABSOLUTE CATEGORY WINNERS (Depending on the number of competitors): **Male Beginer**: 2-8 Trophy | 9-16 Trophy + 100€ | 16+ Trophy + 150€ **Male Intermediate**: 2-8 Trophy | 9-16 Trophy + 150€ | 16+ Trophy + 200€ **Male Pro**: 2-8 Championship Belt | 9-16 Championship Belt + 200€ | 16+ Championship Belt + 250€ **BEST OVERALL TEAMS and AWARDS**: - Best 3 teams will be awarded with a Team Trophy! (**AdultsandKidsseparately**) **BEST FIGHTER OF THE TOURNAMENT**: Awarded points for match wins by category: - Advanced: 3 points - Intermediate: 2 points - Beginner: 1 points **Fighter with most points will be the best fighter of the tournament**. In case of tiebreaks (same number of points), the following algorithm will be used in order: Most Submissions > Sum of all match points > Sum of match penalties (lower is better) > Shortest total time in won matches **COMPETITOR LISTS**: Competitor Lists will be LIVE throughout the registration process and can be viewed by checking out the registrations tab on the event page. **BRACKETS and SCHEDULE:**On the day of the tournament, the event brackets and schedule will be released. You will be able to locate both on the event page brackets and schedule tab. We will also make a courtesy call for you on the microphone to come to the mat if you also haven’t already presented yourself for the bracket. Please be at the mat on time for your matches. We ask that you make sure to be present in the venue at least 60 minutes prior your division start time as well in case we are able to get head starts on certain division. You only need to weigh in once if competing in several divisions. You must have officially weighed in these hours and have made the weight, or else you will be disqualified and removed from the bracket. **COACH CHAIR and CROWD CONTROL**: We will have 1 chair on each side of every score table, 1 for each coach of the competitor on the mat.
