REFUND POLICY:

A 100% refund will be granted until 01/02/2024 @ 00:00.

DIVISION MERGER & CHANGES:

Competitors will have until 7/02/2024 at 00:00 to change their registration.

A competitor that is in a division alone will be moved to the next available division (weight class or belt color), or alternatively, if there is no other division available, will be offered a 100% refund.

BRACKET & SCHEDULE:

Brackets will be released 24 hours prior to the event.

WEIGH-INS:

Competitors are required to weigh in at least an hour prior to their first match.

Competitors have three attempts to make weight; failure to make weight will result in disqualification.

*Gi Athletes are NOT required to wear their Gi for weigh-in*.
