Competitors must cancel by 10:00 AM on Thursday before the event by logging into your account and canceling your registration yourself. This credit is valid up to 1 year from the date you cancel. Refunds are not given. Weigh-in starts at 09:30 AM on the day of the Event. Competitors must be weighted in one hour before their scheduled start time which can be found when the brackets are released on Friday evening. Anyone who arrives after these listed times will not be allowed to compete. If you don't make weight, you will be disqualified. (there is a tolerance of 500 g. e.g. if yo compete in -90 kg it's okay if you weigh 90,5 kg ) If you are in the '+' division, still come to the weigh-in so we know you are present. Competitors, Couches and Visitors will check-in at our front desk. ONE Coach if your team has 1 or 2 competitors. TWO coaches for 3 or more. Make sure that you’re there on time for weigh-in. Fights start at 11:00 AM. We provide two warm-up area, where the competitors and couches can stay and warm his self up. It is your**responsibility**to be on time on the mat, if not you will lost by walkover. Our staff will help you to be on time on the right mat but you have to be**TWO**fights before yours in the Competition area. Please check out Smoothcomp before and during the tournament to see the estimated time of your matches, timelines are constantly updating in real time so make sure to refresh on your phone. Male/18 and above: -61 kg / -66 kg / -71 kg / -77 kg / -84 kg / -95 kg / +95 kg Female/18 and above: -65 kg / -70 kg / +70 kg Teens/ 14-17 (Male): -50 kg / -56 kg / -61 kg / -66 kg / -71 kg / +71 kg Teens/ 14-17 (Female): -40 kg / -46 kg / -51 kg / +51 kg If there are 5 or less competitors in a division, we will combine the next closest weight and age category.
