# UMAC MILTON KEYNES CHAMPIONSHIP

**Description:** Putting together the best of Grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!

The competition will start at 9am on Saturday 5th April 2025 and will go on until all matches have been completed. All registrations will be processed online via Smoothcomp, so refer to registration instructions. Please register  before the deadline which will be 2rd April 2025.

Child and juvenile categories up to GREEN belt and up to BLACK for adults.

This event is a Gi and NO Gi competition, following IBJJF ruleset, with a single elimination for two fighters, round robin for three fighters, and single elimination bronze match for four fighters Consolidation match for 6 fighters or over *when possible*,  Single elimination on all absolute.

*Please note that we have changed the venue for our MK Open this year and we are hosting it at the highly acclaimed Webber Independent School, Soskin Drive, Stantonbury Fields, Milton Keynes, MK14 6DP

This is available for all adult belts using the black belt rules

**Prize Distribution (if we don’t reach 18 competitors):**
**1st place – Wins the full pot from the Super Fight registration.

 2nd place – Receives a Raine rash guard.
 3rd place – Gets free entry to the next competition.**

***Over 18's only!  We reserve the right to cancel the Super Fight if we have less than 18 entrants.***

Food and drink is available on site to buy, also we will have the amazing açaí smoothies, coffee truck and more.

Raine clothing will be available at the event selling Gi's, shorts, rash guards and more.

There will be a professional photographer and videograher on the day and they will give you the details on how to access the photos/videos.

There will be an onsite first aider.

Refunds are only possible until 03/04/2025; after that, medals/Trophies will be ordered, and no refund will be possible.

If you are alone in a bracket, we will invite you to move up to the next bracket where possible; after the 1st of April, we will move you up as necessary to allow you to have a match. We really want to see you have a match, but if you are not happy to move up, we shall refund you, so please keep checking.

*  The last chance for weight & Belt changes is Wednesday, 2nd April 2025 After this date no changes can be made, and we will not respond to requests as brackets will be created  *

**Spectators**

*£10 spectator fee to be paid by cash only on the day of event (for everyone attending with a child competing too). If you are a professor of an academy, you may apply to us via email for a coach pass.
