# West Point Warrior Classic > Competition in West Point, Georgia, United States | April 20, 2019 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** We believe that Combatives Competitions are a tremendous tool for developing the Warrior Spirit within the future leaders of our Armed Forces. We invite you to compete in this open grappling tournament to observe and participate in their development. All proceeds will go directly to the Cadet Combatives Club to aid them as they continue to train and compete. West Point Warrior Classic: April 20, 2019 Location: 2nd Floor Gymnasium, Arvin Cadet Physical Development Center, United States Military Academy Registration and Weigh In @ 11:30 AM | Event Starts: 1:00 PM Cadet Championships: Male & Female division open only to Cadets enrolled at one of the service academies or an ROTC program, competitors in this division will compete in the Army Combatives Uniform.(ACU/OCP blouse and trousers over T-shirt and shorts) Open No-Gi: this division is open to Cadets, Active Duty Military and Civilians. Double elimination brackets, guaranteed at least two fights in each division, numbers permitting. This tournament will utilize the Modern Army Combatives Program standard competition rules. We accept cash, check or card. All competitors must complete registration and weigh in not later than 12:30 PM. 24 hours prior to the tournament, the brackets and tentative schedule will be released. There will also be a large TV displaying the LIVE schedule at the event. You can also tell when your matches are coming up by checking the smoothcomp event page on your Phone during the Event. We will also make a courtesy call for your group before the bracket starts on the microphone to come to the mat.
