# WORLD GRAPPLING CHAMPIONSHIP 2023 > Competition in Šiauliai, Šiauliai, Lithuania | October 07, 2023 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** **Regulations (English):** **I. OBJECTIVE AND TASKS** To promote grappling and to improve athletes skills. **II. PLACE AND TIME OF THE COMPETITION** The competition takes place on 7 October 2023 at 11:00 in**Vilniaus str. 297, Siauliai**, Lithuania. **Arrival of participants, registration – weight – in 7**October**between 9:00 and 10:00.** Athletes must present a valid identity document. **The competition begins at 11.00.** **III. PARTICIPANTS AND PROGRAMME OF THE COMPETITION** **Competition is personal, the number of participants is unlimited.** **IV. HOLDING THE COMPETITION** The judge panel approved by IGF holds the competition. **V. RULES** IGF competitions follow the competition system adopted by IGF. CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE** The fee for participant’s licence for one discipline:**40 Eur.** **Registration shall be approved upon payment of the fee.** The fee of entrant licence-registration card for the absolute championship belt is free. Travel expenses for athletes and coaches shall be paid by the sending organization. Sending organization and coach are responsible for competition participants’ health and security. We recommend having a health insurance for participants of the competition. **VII. REGISTRATION** The number of participants is unlimited. **BEGINNERS athletes who have - BJJ white belt; Judo - white to green belt; IGF - white to green belt; or athletes who have been practicing any wrestling sport for not more than 2 years!** Registration through [www.smoothcomp.com](http://www.smoothcomp.com) until 4 October 2023 at 23.59 h Athletes who have not registered in advance and/or paid the participation fee will not be registered for the competition on the day of the competition. If during the weigh-in the athlete exceeds the weight in which he registered for the competition, he will be promoted to a higher weight category only after paying an additional fee of 10 euros, otherwise a defeat will be counted! VARŽYBŲ VYKDYMO VIETA IR LAIKAS** Varžybos vyks 2023 m. spalio 7 d. 11 val. Vilniaus g. 297, Šiauliai, Lietuva Dalyvių svėrimas prasideda nuo 9.00 val. iki 10.00 val. Sportininkai privalo pateikti galiojantį asmens dokumentą. ***Pasibaigus svėrimo laikui, dalyviai registruojami nebus**!*** **Visi sportininkai privalo dalyvauti varžybų atidarymo ceremonijoje!** **Varžybų pradžia 11.00 val**. **III. VARŽYBŲ DALYVIAI IR PROGRAMA** **Varžybos asmeninės, dalyvių skaičius neribojamas.** **IV. VARŽYBŲ VADOVAVIMAS** Varžyboms vadovauja IGF patvirtinta teisėjų kolegija. **V. APDOVANOJIMAS** Varžybų nugalėtojai ir prizininkai apdovanojami medaliais. Absoliutūs nugalėtojai apdovanojami čempionų diržais. **VII. PRIĖMIMO SĄLYGOS** Dalyvio registracijos mokestis vienai disciplinai:**40 eurų.** **Dalyvavimas patvirtinamas tik sumokėjus registracijos mokestį.** **PRADEDANTIEJI, kurie turi – BJJ baltą; Dziudo – nuo balto iki žalio diržo; IGF nuo balto iki žalio diržo; arba sportininkai, kurie sportuoja bet kurią imtynių sporto šaką ne daugiau kaip 2 metus !** Dėl absoliutaus nugalėtojo diržo dalyvio licencijos - registracijos mokesčio nėra. Kelionės išlaidas sportininkams, treneriams apmoka komandiruojanti organizacija. Už varžybų dalyvių sveikatą ir saugumą atsako komandiruojanti organizacija ir treneris. Rekomenduojame varžybų dalyviams turėti sveikatos draudimą. **VII. REGISTRACIJA** Dalyvių skaičius neribojamas.
