Announcement of winners and prize distribution will take place during the tournament.

**WEIGH-IN**

• from 7:00 AM throughout the day, or no later than 1 hour before the expected start of the category

• weight tolerance is 0.5 kg

• weigh-in is without the kimono

• in case of not weighing in, the competitor is moved to a higher weight category (if there is at least 1 hour left until the start of the higher weight category). If there's no available higher category (or the competitor declines), there is no refund of the registration fee.

**ROUND ROBIN TOURNAMENT SYSTEM**

With a minimum of 5 competitors in a category, there is a guarantee of 4 matches. The guarantee does not apply in cases of injury or withdrawal from the group, including non-weighing in.

Rules according to the official IBJJF rules for athlete’s 4 to 15 years old.

if a finishing technique is applied in such a way that the referee judges the continuation of the movement as risky, the match is stopped for safety reasons before the opponent's submission.

**Match Duration:**

4-6 years: 2 min.

7-9 years: 3 min.

10-12 years: 4 min.

13-15 years: 4 min.

**Categories**

In case of a low number of children in a category, the categories are automatically merged.

U09 (2014,2015,2016) -29kg, -32kg, -35kg, -38kg, -41kg, +41kg

U12 (2011,2012,2013) -35kg, -39kg, -43kg, -47kg, -51 kg, -55kg, +55kg

U15 (2008,2009,2010) -45kg, -49kg, -53kg, -57kg, -61kg, -65kg, +65kg

**OTHER**

• fighting will take place on 4 tatamis + a space (tatamis) will be provided for warm-up

• top 3 competitors in each category will receive medals and rewards from our sponsors

• the best team will receive a trophy (team competition points for competitors' placements: 9 points for 1st place, 4 points for 2nd place, 1 point for 3rd place)

• top competitors will be announced during the tournament

• food and drinks stand, cotton candy stand, and clothing stand will be available on-site
