Brú Grappling Studio is a world-class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu studio located in Dundrum, Dublin, just a 3-minute walk from Dundrum Luas Stop. The gym prides itself on offering high-quality grappling instruction in a welcoming environment designed for everyone from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. At Brú Grappling, the philosophy centers on making grappling accessible to all, regardless of fitness level or previous experience. The gym offers a comprehensive timetable with classes from morning till evening, including small group beginners classes for those new to training, as well as advanced programs for experienced practitioners. New members are currently accepted on a waitlist basis to maintain quality instruction and class sizes. The coaching team at Brú Grappling is led by Sam Mc Nally, one of Ireland's most accomplished grapplers and an ADCC European Champion, ADCC Worlds Veteran, and IBJJF NoGi Worlds Medalist at black belt level. The team also includes Ryan McDermott (black belt in BJJ), Richie Smullen (black belt and professional MMA fighter), Amy Scully (2x IMMAF World Champion and IBJJF Kids European Champion), and Emily Manning (black belt and studio manager). The gym offers programs in Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No-Gi grappling, and submission wrestling, along with dedicated kids programs starting at age 7.
