Alliance Porto offers comprehensive programs for all ages and skill levels: Kids BJJ (starting from age 3), Teens, Beginners (learning fundamentals in a safe environment), Intermediate (for white belts after 2nd stripe), Advanced (blue belt and above with higher intensity), Competition training, Women's classes, No-Gi grappling, Self-Defense, and adapted programs for para-athletes. The academy operates two training mats with classes running from early morning to evening throughout the week.

2 Brothers BFC is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu team founded in 1995 in Brasília, Brazil by brothers Júlio "Pudim" César da Silva Lima and Sandro "Bala" da Silva Lima. Both brothers trained under Mestre Banni Cavalcanti, who was a student of the legendary Mestre Carlson Gracie, establishing their direct lineage to the Gracie family roots. The Salvaterra de Magos location is part of the 2 Brothers BFC international network, which has grown to include academies across Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, Angola, and Belgium. The team emphasizes traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu values combined with modern competition training, maintaining strong connections to their lineage while developing new generations of practitioners. Under the leadership of the founding brothers - Júlio "Pudim" Lima (5th degree black belt) and Sandro "Bala" Lima (4th degree black belt) - 2 Brothers BFC has built a reputation for technical excellence and a family-oriented training environment.
