**Name:** Bangkok Fight Lab

**Description:** The way martial arts and combat sports have been practiced and honed for millenia, with other people! Group classes help you learn, bond with your teammates, adapt and adjust to others, have more fun and sharpen your skills.

Our coaching team is comprised of active competitors, current and former champions and more importantly highly qualified and experienced coaches dedicated to increasing your skills and helping you achieve your goals, while maximising enjoyment.

We are one of only a handful of places in Thailand and virtually the only place in Bangkok, offering high quality Muay Thai instruction, as well as Western Boxing, Gracie lineage and competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, high level submission grappling, and MMA coaching with an experienced and dedicated professional MMA fighter.
