Head Instructor Norbert Nowak is a third-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with over 16 years of coaching experience. Having competed at national and international levels in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestling, Norbert has won countless titles across the world and coached many national, international, and European champions. He is known for his friendly, down-to-earth approach combined with meticulous attention to detail and a methodical style of teaching that blends old-school fundamentals with modern concepts. Ram Dau, also a black belt, heads up the Pro Jiu Jitsu Children's programme with over 4 years of experience. She is known for being kind and patient, helping students out of their shell and encouraging everyone to work together as one team.
