Norbert Nowak

Norbert Nowak is the head instructor of Pro Jiu Jitsu, a third degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. During his career, Norbert has competed at many national and international tournaments in both Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has won countless Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitions around the world. Norbert has also been teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over 16 years and has taught seminars across the U.K. and throughout Europe. He has coached many National, International and European Champions. As an instructor, Norbert is known for being friendly and charismatic whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail. He has a thorough understanding of both Old School and Modern Jiu Jitsu techniques and is able to convey this knowledge to his students in a professional and articulate manner.
