Why Wristlocks For MMA?

In MMA, small openings matter. Opponents post on the mat. They grab the fence. They frame incorrectly. They push off your hips.

Each of those moments is a submission opportunity.

Wristlocks require minimal space, minimal wind-up, and create maximum pain compliance. They can force scrambles, expose backs, or end the fight outright.

When applied correctly, they’re nearly impossible to see coming.
