This Arm Pin in BJJ is So Powerful it Feels like Cheating

If you are an older person doing BJJ, then you have to get obsessed with hand and grip fighting from the top of guard.

Because as you get older, you'll probably be able to do the bouncing around style of guard passing less and less.

So, in today's video I'm going to show you a few ideas on how I like to pass guard in Jiu-Jitsu without using so much movement.

There's one I have not shared, but I'll share today and it's Wrist Pinning.

Hopefully you find this video helpful.

Thanks for watching.

It's a mess, I know.

My goal is to build the most comprehensive BJJ encyclopedia anywhere — but good, accurate data is genuinely hard to come by. Records, gyms, belts and nationalities are pieced together from public and community sources, so some of it is incomplete, outdated, or flat-out wrong.

That's where you come in. If you spot something off, tell me and I'll fix it — every correction makes this better for everyone. This website wouldn't be possible without the community.
