Chuck Norris was filming with Randy Travis, high on a mountain next to a volcano, with the director and entire crew rolling.

Carlos thought the shot was finished… so he started talking to Chuck.

Except… they were STILL FILMING. 😳

The whole production had to stop.

That moment when you realize, “Oh no… I just did THAT.” 😂
