A fantastic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seminar bringing together some of the most respected names from Checkmat.

This special seminar was taught by Leo Vieira, Shanti Abelha, Patricia Fontes and Catherine Perret, with the focus firmly on sharing knowledge, technique and experience on the mats.

It was great to be part of the atmosphere, train alongside other Jiu-Jitsu practitioners and learn from instructors with such a wealth of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

In this video, I take you inside the seminar and share some of the training, techniques and moments from this special Checkmat event.

After starting Jiu-Jitsu in 1986, I’m still passionate about learning, training and improving — and seminars like this are a great reminder that there is always more to learn.
