In this video, I take you with me to the Marcelo Garcia Jiu-Jitsu seminar at Jiu-Jitsu Con in Las Vegas.

As a lifelong BJJ practitioner, getting the opportunity to step on the mat and learn directly from Marcelo was a special experience. I’ve been training Jiu-Jitsu since 1986, and even after all these years, there is always something new to learn.

The seminar was a great reminder of what makes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu so special — technique, movement, details, and the constant search to improve.
