Not sure what to wear to your first BJJ class?

At Grapple Lab, we’ll provide you with a loaner gi for your trial class. Just wear comfortable athletic clothing underneath, use our change rooms, and come ready to have fun.

You do not need to buy a bunch of gear before trying Jiu-Jitsu for the first time.
