PGS Ruleset: https://pressure-grappling.com/pages/pressure-grappling-series

Recorded on March 13, 2026, the day before Pressure Grappling Series 1 at Wodapalooza Miami, Greg Souders of Standard Jiu Jitsu joined us for a conversation on why he got into coaching, why he is not eager to coach for the next 10+ years, the possibility of jiu jitsu in the Olympics, stories from his rise in the sport, the flaws in rulesets like IBJJF and ADCC, and why we created a new ruleset built on logic.

It's a mess, I know.

My goal is to build the most comprehensive BJJ encyclopedia anywhere — but good, accurate data is genuinely hard to come by. Records, gyms, belts and nationalities are pieced together from public and community sources, so some of it is incomplete, outdated, or flat-out wrong.

That's where you come in. If you spot something off, tell me and I'll fix it — every correction makes this better for everyone. This website wouldn't be possible without the community.
